A digital window in the form of an arc scale and a 3D dial to indicate the clock modes – why not a car design? The bezel is marked with speed values, which means the watch has a tachometer that works in conjunction with an accurate stopwatch [measurement step 1/100 second] and shows the average speed at a predetermined distance. The thermometer function measures the ambient temperature – an unusual feature for Edifice, but it is there. There are other basic functions here – world time, timer, alarm clock and calendar. In the dark, the display is illuminated by a powerful LED backlight.
