You ask: Why is there an indicator like RECOVER or RECOV (either flashing or steady) on the display of my watch?
Casio answers: This indicator appears to let you know that the battery is recovering after a large load is placed on it over a short period. All tones and the light are disabled during recovery. The indicator should disappear and normal operation should resume after battery voltage recovers.
If the RECOVER/RECOV indicator appears frequently, it means that remaining battery power is low. Leave the watch in bright light so it can charge.
