   You’re watches are the worst. 3 years I had this thing and still can not figure it out. Gets stuck on this stupid dual time mode and unable to get it back to regular time. By the time I figure it out i can not figure out how to sync the times up. And when I try that send me right back into the dual time mode. Your instructions are complete garbage and horrible to understand. Everytime I attempted to contact someone no one ever gets to me. Walmart 5 dollars for a watch and you dont have to go through the struggle or not having a reliable watch half the time. I would love to hear back from someone. Its not like the watch is made cheaply would seem like a decent watch just absolutely not user friendly.

      I concur Tyler. The shock watch is literally shocking. Lol. My grandson asked me to set it so I Googled it but no luck except I downloaded an unnecessary file into my computer which I uninstalled it because it might have a virus. Poor instructions and absolutely not user-friendly. Poor communication skills is all I can say.
