   Unable to set date. I can pull the crown to position 1 and change time, but cannot pull to position 2. Just got replacement watch from Amazon today. Returned the first one because the crown came off when I tried to pull it to position 2. Any suggestions? Should I return this watch?

      1. Go to some watch repair place.
      2. Return.
      We had the same problem with one watch, but the crown was fully pulled and we had to repair it.

   I’ve had two of these, great watches for the big wristed, however, my first one struggled to stop the seconds hand (hacking) when fully pulled out, I sold it at a profit, mentioning the issue. The second one I had did the same, tried to fix it and broke the damn thing lol. I use it for spares. Third one was fine, I bought it used super cheap and then realised it had a normal non solar battery in it. No hassle, I just put a new battery every 3 years for about $0.30 or £0.20 ! These watches look great and are super light, but they are not well made compared to the ultra reliable and tough MRW-200h which appear unbreakable. No wonder Casio stopped making them.
