Casio G-Shock GWG-1000 Watches

The flagship of the G-Shock Mudmaster line and the owner of the most massive case is 59.5 mm high and 56.1 mm wide. The buttons and other parts of the case are designed in such a way that no dirt, sand or dust can get inside, and the module is surrounded by alphaGEL special anti-vibration material – thus, the GWG-1000 can be called one of the most protected jishoks. The triple sensor can measure temperature and air pressure, altitude and direction of travel as a degree measure of angle with respect to the north. Tough Movement’s hard-drive technology automatically corrects hands if they are out of sync with digital time, and the Smart Access crown provides quick access to all of the watch’s key features. And that’s not all – the solar battery is responsible for the power, which is recharged from daylight, and the time is calibrated automatically by the signals of the radio towers. The dial is covered with sapphire crystal, which is almost impossible to scratch randomly.

Important Information

The most distinctive specs of GWG-1000 *Editorial
— 200-meter water resistance
(good for swimming but not for deep diving)
— Mud Resistant (helps to ensure that nothing gets into the watch when down and dirty work takes you deep into the dirt and sludge)
— Vibration Resistant (lets to stand up to wear while operating cutters, crushers, drills and other heavy machinery to clear way large obstacles)
— Tough Solar (CASIO’s original solar-charging system converts not only sunlight but also light from fluorescent lamps and other sources into power)
Radio-controlled Watch; Multi band 6 (additional way for time sync. This watch receives time calibration radio signals that keep the displayed time accurate)
Digital compass (measures and displays direction as one of 16 points)
Thermometer (can measure and display the outside temperature in a range from -10 C to 60 C)
Barometer (measures the air pressures and displays tendencies in the weather)
Altimeter (The electronic mechanism “estimates” the altitude based on the air pressure)
Smart Access (the system for analogue movements achieves multi-functionality and easy operability simultaneously through a combination of multiple motors and an electronic crown)
Tough Movement (A CASIO-original thin analog movement made possible by hybrid mounting protects against damage and enables auto home position correction that helps keep you on time all the time)

Official Marketing Focus from Casio

This new MUDMASTER model was created especially for this whose work takes it into areas where piles of rubble, dirt, and debris are present.
A special vibration-resistant construction lets them stand up to wear while operating cutters, crushers, drills and other heavy machinery to clear way large obstacles. This is CASIO’s first analog watch to come with Mud Resist construction, which helps to ensure that nothing gets into the watch when down and dirty work takes you deep into the dirt and sludge. Multiple gaskets are used on the pipes that guide buttons and shafts, which keeps mud out. These pipes not only act to protect buttons from impact, they also enhance button operation. The screw-in force of the screw lock bezel on an internal gasket further increases mud resistance.
A new bezel structure lets you visually check whether the bezel has been screwed in adequately.
