What we like in GR-B200 *comments by experts with 10 years experience in writing about Casio watches
— Helicopter Design (meant for real helicopter fans, especially those three buttons on the right side)
— Carbon Core Guard Structure (protects the module with a carbon case. Highly durable carbon fiber-reinforced resin is added not only to the center case, but also to the front and side button guards, providing even stronger resistance to shocks from above or below, or from any side)
— G-SHOCK Connected App (you may manage all watch settings through your phone)
— Quad Sensor (pedometer, compass, altimeter/barometer, thermometer. All these features are very important under extreme conditions)
— Flight Log (records location and time data during the flight. It’s addictive watching the 3D map display in the app)
— Calories monitor (displays calories using stepcount feature. Good for controlling your daily activity)
— WorldTime (in 300 cities all over the world. Ideal function for business people or travelers who want to control two times at one display)
— Sunrise, sunset time display (Sunrise time and sunset time for a specific date, daylight pointers. Good if you want to know to stop after durable hiking or smth of the kind)
— 200-meter water resistance (good for swimming but not for deep diving)
Other G-Shock GR Watches *similar by price and functions but different by cases
Official Casio Description. The bezel is made up of three layers of resin with carbon fiber inserts. The top layer is semi-transparent to reveal the carbon material inside. The three buttons on the right side of the watch are arranged in a way that makes them resemble a helicopter control stick, while also contributing to ease of operation.
The Quad Sensor system of these models uses compact sensors that make it possible to pack compass, altitude/barometer, and temperature measurement capabilities, along with an accelerometer that keeps track of your step count, into a compact configuration. This makes it easy to keep tabs on the natural environment around you and to maintain logs of your activities for comprehensive flight mission support.
A special G-SHOCK phone app simplifies configuration of watch settings, and also provides a Mission Function. The app automatically records altitude data measured by the watch and route information acquired by a phone’s GPS. Manually obtained altitude points can be displayed along your routes.

WHY does the Analog and digital time not match? This is CRAZY! I’ve only had the watch for a few months and just the other day, the analog hands won’t hold the correct time without moving! Please tell me I didn’t waste my money on some over-hyped piece of trash?
