About the Watch in short. A simplified version of the acclaimed GMW-B5000 series – a steel flagship with Bluetooth synchronization. The iconic square case with modern advanced filling is a gift for G-Shock fans. Bluetooth is used to synchronize time and adjust clock functions; control takes place on a smartphone in a special G-Shock Connected application. The backup time correction method is Multiband radio synchronization, which is based on receiving radio waves from towers located around the world. Do not worry about a dead battery – the GW-B5600 has a solar battery that is charged by daylight. The day of the week is displayed on a digital display in 5 different languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian. The basic functionality is also available – a timer, stopwatch, alarm clock, world clock, calendar and backlight.

Iconic original design. The design is inherited from the first G-SHOCK model. From the exterior styling to the LCD ratio, it boasts a perfect balance that can be considered the final shape as well as the origin.
Vapor deposition dial. Metallic blue coloring is deposited by vapor deposition processing on the outer periphery of the dial. It presents a unique glowing color ring reflected on an inverted LCD.
Super Illuminator (high-brightness full auto LED backlight). An LED backlight illuminates the LCD with high-brightness light.
Accurate timekeeping with Bluetooth® + Radio-controlled. Time correction is conducted by Bluetooth® communications in conjunction with standard time radio waves. Tough Solar power provides stable operation of multiple functions.
Film solar panel. The material employed for the solar panel has been changed from glass to an easily processed film. An aperture is opened in the center of the panel to suppress reflections of external light and improve the LCD’s visibility.

Phone Finder
You can use phone finder to trigger a tone on the phone to make it easy to find. The tone is forced to sound even if the phone is in vibrate mode.

Entering the World Time Mode causes the World Time number and city name to appear first. After that, the display will appear as shown below.
